December 16th: Falafel Tacos

We met Robert for lunch. We tried to go to Govinda's, the Hari Krishna restaurant, but it was winter closed till January. Swedes are good at taking their vacations, but it negatively impacts my dining out!
Then, on top of that, almost every other place we went to was Monday closed. We finally found this ultra hip taco place. The vegan option had a chick pea filling, which sounded passable. We ordered chips and guac for the table. The serving was comically tiny. When the tacos finally came, we discovered that their chickpea filling was actually just a falafel ball! In a taco! So ridiculous.

Christmas thrift store shopping
We needed ornaments for the tree. I did not bring this Christmas troll woman home, though I kind of wish I had.

After lunch I walked over to the big guitar store here to get a recommendation for an instructor. On my way back, I took the long way up and over Skansen Kronen a fort thing on top of a hill. On the way up, I stopped to appreciate this scattering of red-roofed apartment buildings.

This is on the way to the private skate bowl.

And our Christmas tree is done! Except for a topper. That comes later.
